I have been very fortunate to have worked on so many Ferrari’s and been able to not only detail but also drive some very unique cars. From needing service to tint to radar/laser jammer systems installed to fuel; I’ve had a fair amount of time behind the wheel. In my opinion the spec on the car is half of what makes it unique. Thankfully most of these cars have owners who have impeccable taste. I couldn’t pick better specs for some of these cars if I tried.

I had the opportunity to line up a 2015 458 Speciale, a 2017 F12TDF and a 2017 488 Spider. For them all being from the same manufacturer they are all very different. The Speciale is a race car for the streets, it’s naturally aspirated 4.5L V8 screaming to it’s 9000rpm redline. The TDF is a beast; 769hp from the 6.5L V12. It feels smaller than it is thanks to 4 wheel steering, but being one of 799 for the world you can feel that you’re driving something special. And the 488 does amazingly well. Does it do everything a Ferrari should do with ease? Without a doubt. It can be used daily and looks so good with the top down.

2019 Ferrari 488 Pista – This spec is hands down sexy. There is no options I can think of that would make this car better. From the carbon absolutely everywhere to the beautiful vanilla and black stripe; this car is special no matter which way you look.

2017 Ferrari 488 Spider – The yellow accents everywhere helped this 488 stand out, there was just enough to tie it all together in a very elegant way.

2014 Ferrari 458 Spider – These are one of my favorite Ferrari models; so much fun to drive and the sound from the 4.5L V8 is music to the ears.

2020 Ferrari 812 GTS – Talk about the ultimate grand tourer; it doesn’t get better than this drop top Ferrari. With the 6.5L V12 up front you get the classic Ferrari sound. 0-100 km/hr takes only 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 339 km/hr.

2014 Ferrari FF – I was on the fence about these; until I had the chance to drive one. If you find an owner who isn’t afraid to use it in winter time, I believe this is one of the best choices for being able to haul the family and still have that amazing V12 under the hood. The trunk is bigger than you’d expect; and with the rear seats being able to fold down it becomes even more usable.

2003 Ferrari 360 Spider – With the gated 6 speed transmission and the upgraded exhaust there was no mistaking this on the road for anything else. The color combo is very elegant and understated in my opinion.

2004 Ferrari 575M Maranello – This car came in with a rock chip in the windshield. The replacement cost for this Ferrari was over $10,000 including labor. Thankfully I knew the right people to get it fixed with no issues. I loved the hidden Passport system in the ashtray.

2014 Ferrari 458 Spider – I always love the small details, carbon fiber is a beautiful contrast to white paint; from the fender shields to the badges and the wheel center caps. Add in the black wheel and all together it makes one gorgeous ride.

2019 Ferrari 812 Superfast – The wheels on this car are probably one of my favorite designs made by Ferrari. The color combo was very elegant; the tri toned interior was the perfect compliment to the three stage optional red on the exterior.

2013 Ferrari F12 – One of the first F12’s delivered; and at the time of it’s release with 730hp it was the most powerful Ferrari road car ever. That title has since been upped by almost 300hp to the insane 1018hp SF90 XX.

1999 Ferrari F355 Spider F1 – To me still one of the best looking Ferrari’s ever. But I prefer the GTS with the targa top for one simple reason. If you’ve ever tried to drop the top on one of these and you’re tall like me; it scares the heck out of you when the seat slides forward a lot to stow the top behind the seats. I wouldn’t say no to a Spider; I’d just leave the top down permanently haha.

2018 Ferrari 488 Spider – The Daytona seats in this 488 looked great; being wrapped in PPF from top to bottom made it easy to keep it looking like the day it left the factory.

2020 Ferrari F8 Tributo – With 710hp under your right foot, and the 7 speed dual-clutch transmission at your fingertips this F8 goes. Road & Track took one to the dragstrip, where it ran 10.3 seconds at 132.8mph. That’s quick by any standards; but should be expected of the most powerful V8 Ferrari produced to date.

2010 Ferrari California – This model represented a lot of firsts for Ferrari; from the first front engined V8, the first folding hard top convertible, and the first to use the 7 speed dual-clutch transmission. This 2010 was optioned with the carbon fiber seats; a fairly rare and expensive option at the time.

2016 Ferrari California T – What a difference adding a turbo makes to an engine; I was fortunate enough to be able to help get this vehicle tinted for the owner.

2019 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso – The amount of looks you get when cruising in the middle of winter in this Ferrari are unreal. But then again you don’t expect to see V12 powered cars out in the very cold weather. This one however, got to have the full winter experience and was well loved. It was amazing how well planted it was on ice and snow.

2017 Ferrari 488 Spider – Affectionately known as the “Batmobile” spec. Black on Black, no piping or stitching deviation. Black wheels and calipers. Even the fender shields were done in carbon fiber to go with the rest of the interior and exterior. Hard to clean but looks so good when done right.

2013 Ferrari 458 Italia – The owner of this car also had a black SL55 AMG; both got polished and looked great once I was done with them. The glass engine bay cover is the only thing that makes me want a coupe over the Spider, being able to see the beautiful 4.5L V8 at anytime is always welcomed.

2024 Ferrari 812 GTS Tailor Made – This wins the options contest for any Ferrari; from the Bianco Birdcage paint to the blue carbon fiber everywhere this car was so personalized to the owners taste.
